    This website & e-commerce store is owned & managed by CULTURAL COUTURE LADIES GARMENT TRADING LLC hereinafter referred to as CULTURAL COUTURE LLC. All information, products and services provided are solely for your personal, non-commercial use.  By accessing this website, you agree to the below terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them, please do not access this website.


    The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell. We shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock & available at the prices specified.
    If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.
    We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. UAE and international orders are shipped by FedEX and DHL   for a speedy delivery. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. If you wish to track your parcel and have not received an email with your tracking details, please contact us and we will track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number that can be used at and
    Delivery charges per destination:

    · UAE & International countries – Delivery is free.
    Delivery information such as Customers Name, Location Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes. Other personal identifiable information will not be stored.
    • We aim to get most orders dispatched within 10-14 days or sooner, subject to the dress specifications, credit card clearance, stock, your location, time & date of order, address verification, shipping time, & availability of items. We will contact you via email or phone if there is an unreasonable delay or if the items are out of stock.
    • We ship to all countries via UPS and DHL courier services. Based on the item delivery destination, some items will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis i.e. any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
    • If you for any reason refuse delivery, or are unavailable or unable to take the time despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, your item will be returned to CULTURAL COUTURE LLC and you will be charged for the unpaid duties, taxes & additional shipping costs.
    We want our customers to be 100% satisfied and we always recommend that our customers review our SIZING CHART in detail before making a purchase and speak to our designer. However, for any reason the purchased item does not fit well, you may email us at quoting your Order number and sizing issue within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Or use the self-serve returns section on your customer account, under 'Orders'.

    We accept returns within 14 days from the date of receiving your order, providing the product has not been damaged, stained or tampered with. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.

    We do not accept returns on sales and discounted items or exchanges.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
    Once the item is inspected and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your customer profile, credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Please note, customers are liable for shipping costs on all return items. The credit amount returned in our original payment method will be minus the cost of return shipping to our store.

    Customized and bespoke orders are made according to the measurements given by the customers, therefore all customized and bespoke styles and measurements are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

    Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.

    Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

    Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official reference number will not be accepted. If you prefer, you can contact one of our customer care representatives (contact details below) who will be happy to guide you.
    Once we receive the said information, a customer service representative will contact you with size options. If the item is not available in stock we shall provide a credit note that can be used on also valid in our physical store at any time within 6 months or return your cash depending on your preference.
    If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your unused items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 2 weeks of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount minus the shipping charge subject to the following;
    • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
    • Merchandise with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached.
    • Merchandise on Sale/Special Promotions may not be exchanged/refunded
    We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. It is advisable to send returned items by known courier companies like FedEX, DHL and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
    Please note: All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
    All customers can email us at with their Order ID & reason for return. Once we receive this request, we will confirm & dispatch a courier to collect the items. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus the return shipping cost within 15 to 30 days.
    Although we are very thorough in checking all items before it is dispatched, if you do receive a damaged item, please let us know by email at quoting your Order Number, the description of the damage and if possible an image. Please note that any claim for damaged goods or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
    Once we receive this request, we will confirm & dispatch a courier to collect the item. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you with a new estimated dispatch date of the replacement. You will not be charged for the Shipping fee of the replacement item If the item is not available in stock, we will provide a credit note that can be used on at any time within 6 months or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 to 30 days

    Customers can cancel their order/requested services within 1-2 hours; refund will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

    Bespoke ordered items cannot be cancelled once we cut the fabric as per your measurements.

    Please allow for up to 30 - 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.


    Subject to our terms of return, if there is nothing available at the time that you would like to exchange your purchased item for, SAVANNA will issue you a store credit at CULTURAL COUTURE LLC concept store in Dubai UAE.
    • Store Credit can only be used online at our website:
    • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
    • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
    • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store (if available).
    • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
    • Note: Please treat Store Credit securely like cash.
    Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED & USD will be accepted for payment.
    If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods, then the details on the Customers ID (Card holder’s ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase. We do not accept or offer cash, payment on delivery, bank transfer, check at this stage.
    All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks & authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. For ‘first-time’ online customers, we may request that shipping be to the credit card billing address only.
    By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
    If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing.
    Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
    Given the dynamic nature of the e-commerce, mobile devices and the internet, SAVANNA brand of CULTURAL COUTURE follows the best practices to take all necessary security measures but it makes no promise, warrant or guarantee that its website will be uninterrupted, entirely error free, free of viruses, hacks, bugs or compatible with any other specific software or material. By using our website, you agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion.
